As a Business Development Account Executive in our company, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new revenue streams for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate an elevated level of commercial acumen to contribute to revenue growth strategically.

  • Engage in virtual face-to-face interactions with business leaders to cultivate valuable connections and partnerships.

  • Generate new leads and pitch growth solution services to potential Enterprise and SMB B2B clients using methods such as cold calling, emailing, and other outreach techniques

  • Conduct rigorous sales qualification processes, evaluating all opportunities based on criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, needs assessment, and timing

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that align with our organizational goals.

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of fundamental strategies for revenue generation.

  • Provide and prepare product demonstrations and engage in consultative selling to effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform service

  • Create alignment with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

  • View prospecting as a necessary and integral part of business development, engaging in it proactively and happily.

  • Recognize that phone and email are tools, but the real strength lies in being the glue within the greater Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.


Qualifications:


  • Proven success in door-to-door sales (Renewable Energy,etc), business-to-business sales, financial advisory, or real estate is a MUST.

  • A bachelor's qualification is strongly preferred

  • Strong business acumen is necessary as you will be interacting with business owners and members of the C-Suite

  • Good command of the English language is a must as you would be working on global territories

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Representative.

  • Strong understanding of business dynamics and principles.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Highly skilled at securing partnerships.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Must know how to write proposals and create pitch decks. You will be expected to prepare and manage proposals and contracts, overseeing them through to the closing phase with clients

  • Execute contracts promptly to ensure timely payment and provision of contractual services

  • Collect and report customer feedback to enhance the service quality of the platform and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system

  • Must have laptop & stable internet
